A leading national law firm, consistently recognised in Chambers and the Legal 500, is looking to appoint a solicitor to its growing Property Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in a department known for its breadth of work and technical strength.

The Role
You'll be involved in a wide range of contentious property matters, including:

• Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
• Property-related insolvency
• Contractual disputes and construction litigation
• Advisory work across complex real estate issues
• The team acts for a varied and high-profile client base, including national retailers, leisure operators, institutional landlords, developers, local authorities, and public sector bodies-offering exposure to both challenging and rewarding work.

The Candidate

• We're seeking a solicitor with:
• Strong file management and client-handling skills
• Some experience in property litigation or a clear interest in developing in this area
• A proactive, collaborative approach and enthusiasm for contentious work
