Senior Associate - Commercial Contracts (7+ PQE) - Bristol

The Role
As a Senior Associate, you'll take the lead on complex, high value commercial projects across a range of sectors including retail, food & drink, sport, leisure and logistics. You'll work closely with top tier clients on sophisticated commercial arrangements, providing strategic, practical advice on:

• Supply and services agreements
• Joint ventures and collaboration arrangements
• Distribution, agency, logistics and warehousing
• Sale and purchase terms
• Consumer facing contracts and regulatory compliance

You'll also play a key role in shaping client relationships, mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business development initiatives. This is a role where you can make a real impact from day one.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified lawyer (England & Wales or Scotland) with 7+ years' PQE in commercial contracts.
• Strong experience drafting, negotiating and advising on a broad range of commercial agreements.
• Knowledge of IP, data protection or consumer regulation is helpful but not essential.
• Confident managing complex projects and working directly with senior stakeholders.
• Commercially minded, collaborative and comfortable working across multiple sectors.
• Strong communicator with the ability to build long term client relationships.
