In this senior position, you will:

  • Manage and deepen client relationships
  • Supervise and mentor junior lawyers
  • Contribute to the strategic development of the practice
  • Build sector expertise across private equity, venture capital and corporate finance
  • Support business development and profile raising initiatives

This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking high quality work, strong progression prospects and a positive, modern working environment.

  • Confidence managing complex transactions with autonomy
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A genuine interest in the corporate landscape, including M&A, private equity and venture capital
  • The ability to build long lasting client relationships
  • A proactive, ambitious and collaborative approach

You will bring enthusiasm for corporate law, awareness of market trends and the ability to provide commercially informed advice in a fast moving environment.

Career Development
The firm is committed to supporting your progression, offering:

  • Opportunities to deepen sector knowledge
  • Access to business development initiatives
  • Support to build your professional profile
  • A culture centred around openness, teamwork, growth and making a difference

You'll be encouraged to develop your career in a way that aligns with your goals, supported by a forward thinking and people focused environment.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary with annual review
  • Hybrid working and strong work/life balance
  • 25 days' holiday (increasing with service)
  • Private medical insurance
  • A wide range of wellbeing and lifestyle benefits
