A leading employee-owned regional law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Partner or Senior Associate (8+ years PQE) to join its expanding Taunton office. This is an excellent opportunity to take a senior role within a growing team at a values-driven, award-winning firm.

The Role
You'll be responsible for managing and developing a high-quality caseload of Private Client matters, including:

  • Wills, trusts, and estate planning
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Tax planning and wealth protection
  • Advising high-net-worth individuals and families
  • Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers
  • Leading business development and client relationship initiatives
  • Contributing to the strategic growth of the office


Candidate Requirements

  • 8+ years PQE in Private Client
  • Strong technical expertise across the full range of matters
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Proven ability to win and retain high-value work
  • Leadership experience and confidence in developing others
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
  • Strong presence in the local market
