A respected regional law firm is seeking a Rural or Energy Partner / Senior Associate (8+ years PQE) to support the continued growth of its Bournemouth office. This is a standout opportunity to join a forward-thinking, employee-owned firm with a strong reputation in the rural and energy sectors.

The Role
You'll manage and develop a specialist caseload, including:

  • Agricultural land transactions and estate management
  • Renewable energy projects and infrastructure
  • Landowner and developer advisory work
  • Strategic land and commercial rural matters
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Leading business development initiatives
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members


Candidate Requirements

  • 8+ years PQE in Rural, Agriculture, or Energy work
  • Strong technical knowledge and sector understanding
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven track record of high-value work and client retention
  • Leadership experience and ability to grow a team
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach
  • Strong presence in the local or national market
