A forward thinking and ambitious law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join its specialist Islamic Finance Conveyancing team in Taunton. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of high quality work within a modern, innovative and supportive environment.

The Role
You'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of Islamic Finance conveyancing matters, including:

• Handling your own caseload from instruction through to completion
• Delivering a first class service across a wide range of Islamic Finance transactions
• Reviewing key documentation, managing completions and resolving due diligence issues
• Understanding client requirements and navigating the nuances of Islamic Finance instructions
• Ensuring compliance and maintaining high professional standards
• Working closely with assistant level support and the wider team to deliver exceptional service

Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to an experienced conveyancer with:

• Proven experience managing a busy residential conveyancing caseload
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• A logical, methodical approach to problem solving
• Confidence managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for innovation and continuous improvement
