Litigation Solicitor - Dorset

An experienced Litigation Solicitor is sought to join a highly regarded Litigation and team working with leading lender and commercial clients.

This role offers the opportunity to handle a varied caseload involving debt and asset recovery matters, delivering practical and commercially focused legal advice within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. The position is primarily remote, with occasional visits to a Bournemouth hub as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of defended litigation matters from pre-issue through to enforcement across the small, fast and multi-track.
• Acting for finance houses, banks, lenders and commercial entities in the recovery of outstanding debts and assets.
• Drafting pleadings, evidence and court documentation while advising clients on litigation strategy and commercial outcomes.
• Supporting client reporting requirements, mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to business development initiatives.

Flexible working arrangements are available, including remote and part-time options or compressed hours. The role sits within a progressive team that embraces technology and an innovative case management to deliver efficient and high-quality legal services.
