The Role

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Associate (3-4 PQE) to join a Top 100 national law firm and their highly respected, Tier 1 Corporate team in Exeter.

You'll work with an impressive client base ranging from entrepreneurial start ups to major international organisations, advising on a broad mix of high quality corporate transactions including:

• M&A
• Venture capital
• Private equity
• Cross border deals
• Joint ventures
• Corporate restructurings

You'll be supported by Partners with significant City experience and encouraged to develop your expertise across multiple sectors. This is a standout chance to build your career in a team that genuinely competes with London firms for the quality and breadth of work.

Candidate Requirements
We're looking for a driven and commercially minded solicitor who:

• Has trained with a reputable regional or City firm
• Brings solid experience in M&A, venture capital and private equity
• Has strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail
• Communicates clearly and confidently with clients
• Thrives under pressure and enjoys working on complex, high value transactions
