An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a leading Warwickshire firm.

The successful candidate will carry out all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold and leasehold work, sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership and new plot purchases.

You will also develop business opportunities within the Property Department, working closely with the Head of Department and other team members.

You will have a minimum of 3 years residential conveyancing experience and be able to demonstrate excellent management, communication and organisational skills.
