Residential Conveyancing Lawyer - Devon

A fantastic opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer seeking their next career move at a highly regarded and well-established practice in their Cullompton office.

Our client have an outstanding reputation in the Devon market and their Residential Property team is extremely busy owing to their very strong relationships with local agents and returning clients, so the team are looking for a driven and ambitious qualified conveyancer to join them.

The role will involve handling a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion, including but not limited to, sales and purchases, re-mortgages, registered and unregistered land, shared ownership, but to let, newbuilds and transfers of equity.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Residential Property Solicitor/CILEX or licensed conveyancer and be able to demonstrate proven experience of working as part of a busy conveyancing team and independently managing their own caseload.
