A well established regional law firm is seeking experienced Dispute Resolution Lawyers to join its busy and expanding General Dispute Resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a broad range of contentious matters within a supportive, professional environment offering strong career development prospects.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters, with opportunities to specialise depending on your background. Applications are welcomed from candidates with experience in any of the following areas:
- Employment disputes
- Inheritance Act and contentious probate
- Contract disputes
- Civil procedure
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Debt recovery
- Construction disputes
- Housing, landlord and tenant disputes
- Boundary disputes
Core responsibilities include:
- Managing your own caseload efficiently and independently
- Delivering accurate, reliable work in line with risk management procedures
- Keeping up to date with legal developments and procedural changes
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referrers and professional contacts
- Contributing to the team's continued growth and reputation

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
- Have broad dispute resolution experience and strong technical ability
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and sound judgment

- Work effectively as part of a collaborative team
