A well established regional law firm is seeking experienced Dispute Resolution Lawyers to join its busy and expanding General Dispute Resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a broad range of contentious matters within a supportive, professional environment offering strong career development prospects.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters, with opportunities to specialise depending on your background. Applications are welcomed from candidates with experience in any of the following areas:

  • Employment disputes
  • Inheritance Act and contentious probate
  • Contract disputes
  • Civil procedure
  • Shareholder and partnership disputes
  • Debt recovery
  • Construction disputes
  • Housing, landlord and tenant disputes
  • Boundary disputes


Core responsibilities include:

  • Managing your own caseload efficiently and independently
  • Delivering accurate, reliable work in line with risk management procedures
  • Keeping up to date with legal developments and procedural changes
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referrers and professional contacts
  • Contributing to the team's continued growth and reputation

Candidate Requirements
