NQ-2 PQE Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence Solicitor - Salisbury

Fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified or junior solicitor to join a highly respected Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence team at a leading regional firm. Roles of this calibre at the NQ level are few and far between especially within a Top 150 UK practice recognised by the Legal 500 for its expertise and outstanding client care.

This is a brilliant chance to kick start your career in a supportive, well structured team where you'll gain hands on experience from day one and develop specialist skills across both PI and Clinical Negligence work.

The Role
You'll be joining a growing, dynamic team handling a varied caseload of personal injury and clinical negligence matters. Expect early responsibility, strong supervision and exposure to high quality work.
Your role will include:

  • Managing and supporting your own caseload of claimant PI and clinical negligence claims
  • Working closely with experienced solicitors and partners on complex matters
  • Maintaining excellent client contact and progressing files efficiently


About You
You will be:

  • A newly qualified solicitor or up to 2 years' PQE with experience in PI and/or clinical negligence
  • Keen to develop strong client facing skills and handle files with growing independence
  • Highly organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player with a commitment to delivering high quality, compassionate client service
  • Motivated, proactive and eager to build a long term career in this specialist area
