A well established and respected law firm in Gloucester is looking to welcome a Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive (1-2 years' PQE or equivalent experience) to their growing team.
You'll take responsibility for a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters from first enquiry through to settlement. That includes conducting initial consultations, advising clients throughout their claim, drafting key legal documents, analysing medical records and expert evidence, negotiating outcomes, and ensuring files remain organised, compliant and progressing efficiently.

A genuine commitment to client care and a calm, reassuring approach will be essential.
Key strengths include:
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Clear, confident communication - written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
- A proactive, team focused approach
- Strong client care skills and the ability to build trust quickly
On offer is a competitive market salary and the chance to join a firm that genuinely values career development, work/life balance and the wellbeing of its people. Hybrid and fully remote working options are available.
