The role
You'll be at the forefront of the firm's dispute resolution work, responsible for:

• Investigating and resolving client disputes and complaints
• Facilitating negotiations to achieve fair and practical outcomes
• Providing clear leadership, guidance, and direction to your team
• Fostering a collaborative, positive working environment

About you

• Proven experience managing a dispute resolution team or department
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Excellent communication skills
• Confidence in handling multiple projects under tight deadlines
