A well established Plymouth firm with a long standing reputation is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their growing and friendly team.

Role

You'll manage your own busy residential conveyancing caseload, handling a full range of transactions including sales, purchases and remortgages from initial instruction to post completion.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year's experience running your own residential conveyancing caseload
• A proven track record of independent fee earning
• Strong client care skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
• Confident handling a varied caseload with minimal supervision
• Ideally, an existing network of contacts or clients
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
