Private Client Associate 2+ PQE - Cheltenham

A top 50 commercial firm is looking to appoint a Private Client Associate to join their highly regarded Succession & Tax team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a market leading practice advising UK clients on complex succession and tax planning matters, often with an international dimension.

You'll handle a high quality caseload spanning wills, trusts, estate planning and broader wealth structuring for a sophisticated client base, including entrepreneurs, families, business owners and high net worth individuals. The team is known for its technical excellence, collaborative culture and strong commercial approach.

Working alongside supportive and experienced colleagues, you'll play a key role in the continued growth of the group. The work is city level, based out of their Cheltenham office with flexible working arrangements available.

You will be a qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with at least 2 years' PQE and solid experience in UK succession and tax planning. Exposure to international matters or a STEP qualification would be an advantage. You'll be confident managing your own files, drafting complex documents and building strong client relationships. A proactive, hands on approach and the ability to work well within a team are essential.

On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package, excellent progression prospects and the chance to develop your expertise within a top tier Private Client practice. For the right candidate, there is genuine scope to advance and take on increasing responsibility.
