My client is a standout UK Top 50 law firm seeking a senior-level Banking & Finance Solicitor to join its exceptional team. This is an opportunity to work with one of the most respected practices in the market, advising on an impressive breadth of funding arrangements, from day‑to‑day banking matters to complex cross‑border finance projects.

You'll handle high‑quality work spanning secured and unsecured lending, development and property finance, trade and commodity finance, acquisition finance, project finance, asset finance and structured finance, often involving sophisticated intercreditor and security‑sharing arrangements.

The team is known for its deep technical expertise, commercial insight, and genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
