Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time

My client, a UK Top 50 law firm, is seeking to appoint a senior non-contentious construction solicitor to its highly regarded Projects, Development, and Construction team. This represents an exceptional opportunity for an experienced practitioner seeking access to high-calibre, complex work within a well-established and expanding practice.

The team advises a broad client base including developers, investors, funders, contractors, consultants and public bodies across sectors such as real estate, housing and accommodation, regeneration, infrastructure, healthcare, energy and renewables. The role will involve advising from project inception, shaping procurement strategies, and drafting and negotiating a full suite of construction and development documentation, including JCT, NEC, EPC/EPCM and bespoke arrangements.

Applicants should ideally have a minimum of 6 years' PQE, demonstrable experience leading matters, and the ability to supervise and mentor junior lawyers. A following is not required. There is flexibility to be based in either Oxfordshire or Surrey, supported by a hybrid working model. With a market-leading salary and benefits package, alongside clear progression prospects, this is a unique role with one of the finest teams in the Southeast.
