I am partnered with a highly respected Legal 500 firm to recruit an ambitious junior solicitor for their thriving Corporate & Commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward‑thinking department with a national client base, where you'll manage your own matters while learning directly from senior specialists.

You'll work across a broad mix of corporate transactions, including drafting and negotiating M&A documents, supporting clients preparing for sale, conducting due diligence, advising on structuring, and helping drive deals to completion. The team prides itself on its collaborative approach, offering strong mentoring and realistic progression options.

You should bring solid corporate experience, strong drafting skills, and a proactive, client‑focused approach.
