PQE Level: 3+ PQE

A leading regional firm is seeking an accomplished Real Estate Associate to join its established team in Southampton. This role offers strong visibility, hands‑on responsibility and the chance to manage a varied caseload of acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and wider asset management work. You'll act for investors, developers, corporate occupiers and asset managers, collaborating closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver commercial, joined‑up advice.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' PQE, solid technical experience and confidence running their own matters while contributing to team goals but the team are also open to considering individuals at a more senior level.
