A top 100 national law firm widely recognised for its exceptional culture and work-life balance is looking for a Commercial Property Associate to join their thriving Bristol team.

The Role
Working as part of a large, well connected Real Estate department, you'll enjoy a broad and varied caseload, collaborating with commercial property specialists across multiple offices. Your work will span:

  • Property development
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Asset and estate management
  • Commercial property work for public and private sector clients
  • Exposure to the firm's highly regarded charities and education sectors
  • Involvement in school mergers, acquisitions and disposals which is a rapidly expanding area of work


This is a role where you'll be encouraged to get stuck in, work closely with Partners and senior lawyers, and build strong client relationships from day one.

About You

  • Likely operating at Associate or Senior Associate level (around 3-7 years' PQE)
  • Strong experience and technical expertise in commercial property matters
  • Ideally some exposure to supervising or supporting junior colleagues
  • Open to broadening your experience if your current role has been more specialised
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and commercially minded
