A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Banking & Finance lawyer to join a top 100 national firm with a strong reputation in this specialist area. With continued growth across the team, this is an excellent chance to work on high quality financing transactions for a broad mix of lenders, corporates and sponsors.

The Role
You'll be part of a well established national Banking & Finance team advising on a wide range of matters, including:

  • Leveraged finance
  • Real estate finance
  • Project finance
  • Asset based lending
  • General banking and finance issues


You'll manage your own matters with support where needed, contribute to business development, and play an active role in knowledge sharing as the team continues to expand. You'll work closely with clients to understand their commercial objectives and deliver tailored, innovative funding solutions.

About You

  • 2-5+ years' PQE in banking and finance
  • Experience in leveraged and real estate finance
  • Strong drafting and technical skills
  • Confident managing client relationships
  • Commercially minded, organised and proactive
  • A collaborative team player with excellent attention to detail
