A leading national firm is seeking a Banking & Finance Associate to join its growing team, in the Thames Valley. You'll work with lenders, corporates and sponsors across leveraged finance, real estate finance, project finance and asset‑based lending, advising on a broad range of complex transactions.

The role suits someone with strong technical ability, excellent drafting skills and a collaborative, commercially minded approach. You'll be encouraged to take early responsibility, build client relationships and contribute to business development.
