A top 100, award winning law firm is looking for a Restructuring & Insolvency Associate/Senior Associate Solicitor to join its highly regarded team during an exciting period of growth. Based in Bristol, this team operates nationally and regularly competes with leading UK and City firms.
The Role
You'll work on a non contentious caseload spanning domestic and cross border restructuring and insolvency matters. Clients include banks, financial institutions, insolvency practitioners and major corporates across sectors such as renewable energy, pensions, public sector, retail and leisure.
Expect exposure to high value, complex work from day one, supported by a team recognised for its technical excellence and collaborative culture.
About You
- Qualified solicitor with at least 3 year's PQE in restructuring and insolvency
- Experience gained from a respected team and strong-quality firm
- Confident handling transactional and advisory work
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team focused approach
