A leading national firm is seeking a 4+ PQE Construction lawyer to join a thriving practice working across high‑value, complex projects. The team operates across several UK offices and welcomes applicants interested in being based in any of their offices across the South West, South East and London. The practice handles both contentious and non‑contentious work, with current growth driven by high‑profile transactional matters. Strong familiarity with JCT and NEC contracts from a construction and development perspective is essential.
You will work on major infrastructure, rail and green energy projects, gaining exposure to sophisticated clients and the opportunity to broaden your project experience. The firm supports hybrid working, typically two to three days in the office depending on business need.
Candidates should bring high‑calibre construction experience, strong technical ability, commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and the confidence to manage a varied caseload. A collaborative mindset and leadership potential will be highly valued.
