A leading Top 100, national law firm with an outstanding reputation is looking for a NQ - 2 PQE Solicitor to join their award winning Education team as they continue to expand their corporate offering.

The work
You'll enjoy a varied caseload within the independent schools sector, including:

• Sales and acquisitions
• Charitable mergers and collaborations
• Reorganisations and strategic projects
• Drafting and negotiating transaction and ancillary documents
• Supporting due diligence and project management

You'll work closely with experienced partners and sector specialists who advise Boards of Governors, Heads, Bursars and school proprietors across the UK. Expect exposure to high quality matters from day one, backed by strong supervision, structured training and regular feedback.

About you

• Qualified Solicitor with 0-2 years' PQE
• A solid grounding in corporate work (training contract or PQE)
• Strong drafting skills, commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Confident managing competing priorities with appropriate support
• Experience in education or charity sector work is desired but is not essential
