A highly respected Somerset firm with an outstanding reputation is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to take the lead on complex matters within their established property team.

With multiple offices, this role can be based in either their Wells, Street or Taunton offices.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on technical work and enjoys handling the more challenging end of residential conveyancing.

What you'll be doing

• Managing a caseload of complex residential matters
• Handling deeds of grant, covenants, easements and assignments
• Drafting declarations of trust and setting up residential leases
• Advising on equity release and Building Safety Act matters
• Delivering a high quality, client focused service

What you'll bring

• 5+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing
• Strong technical expertise across complex transactions
• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
• A confident, proactive approach to client care
