Managing Associate - White Collar Crime / Financial Regulatory - Bristol - 7+ Years PQE
Location: Bristol (with hybrid/flexible working options)

Salary: £75,000 to £100,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)

A leading national law firm is seeking a Managing Associate to join its highly regarded Commercial & Regulatory Disputes team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of financial regulatory and white collar crime matters, with a strong international dimension and excellent prospects for progression.

The Role
You'll be responsible for:

  • Advising on contentious financial regulatory matters, civil and criminal fraud, and financial crime including sanctions, anti-money laundering, and anti-bribery
  • Supporting senior leadership on complex investigations and regulatory strategy
  • Handling non-contentious financial regulatory work and broader white collar crime issues
  • Supervising junior lawyers and contributing to team development
  • Leading and participating in business development and marketing initiatives


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

  • At least 7 years' PQE in financial regulatory, fraud, and white collar crime
  • Experience with complex anti-bribery, corruption, and anti-money laundering investigations
  • Strong academic background and technical legal expertise
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
  • A collaborative, commercially aware, and proactive approach
  • A desire to contribute to a dynamic, forward-thinking team culture
