Property Litigation Solicitor / Associate - Taunton - 2+ Years PQE
Location: Taunton, Somerset

A respected and expanding law firm in Taunton is seeking a qualified Property Litigation Solicitor or Associate with a minimum of 2 years' PQE to join its established team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse range of property litigation matters in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, with excellent prospects for career development.

The Role
You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing a varied caseload including landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidations, service charge disputes, possession actions, and trespass/squatter claims
  • Advising a wide range of clients including property owners, developers, housing providers, and commercial landlords
  • Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and managing court proceedings
  • Supporting junior team members and contributing to team development
  • Participating in business development and client relationship initiatives


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

  • At least 2 years' PQE in property litigation
  • Strong academic background and technical legal expertise
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills
  • A client-focused, commercially aware, and team-oriented mindset
  • A proactive approach to business development and networking
