An excellent opportunity has arisen for a senior Employment Lawyer to join a highly regarded national law firm in its Southampton office. This role sits within an established yet growing Employment & HR team with a strong national profile and a varied, high-quality workload.

The position will suit an experienced employment lawyer who may have reached a ceiling at their current firm and is now seeking clear career progression, greater autonomy, and a more impactful role. The work is broad, spanning complex, contentious and non-contentious matters, strategic advisory work for corporate employers, and senior-level business support, with significant responsibility and client exposure from the outset.

This is a key hire within the team, offering genuine scope to shape the future of the practice, develop your profile, and play an active role in business development, all within a supportive, flexible, and forward-thinking environment.
