We are thrilled to be working with a national firm seeking a skilled and motivated Solicitor with experience in Court of Protection welfare matters to join their Public Law and Human Rights team. This role offers the chance to work on cases that directly impact the lives of vulnerable individuals, ensuring their rights are protected and their voices heard in complex decisions around health, care and personal welfare.

From day one, you will manage your own caseload, supervise junior colleagues, and contribute to the continued growth of our nationally recognised team.

You'll represent clients in disputes involving medical treatment, residence and care arrangements, and best interest decisions, handling sensitive issues with empathy, professionalism and resilience.

You will support senior colleagues, build relationships with external organisations, and help strengthen our client offering. We're looking for someone with proven case handling experience, strong commitment to justice, and a connection to South Wales. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference from the outset.
