We are delighted to be working with a national business, to recruit an Associate Solicitor to join a highly skilled, supportive Complex Litigation team. You'll handle intermediate and multi track commercial claims, running an autonomous caseload from inception to trial, arbitration, mediation. Working closely with Associates and Senior colleagues, you'll ensure efficient case management and consistently deliver exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities include assessing prospects of success, managing complex disputes through courts or ADR, maintaining cost effective case handling, and contributing to team performance by sharing knowledge and best practice.

You will bring strong experience in consumer and/or commercial contract litigation, excellent technical knowledge of CPR and costs, and a solid understanding of the SRA Code of Conduct. Exceptional communication, commercial awareness and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.
