PQE Level: NQ - 3 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent

We are delighted to be working with a national business, to recruit an Associate Solicitor, to join a varied, high volume litigation department. You will be managing your own caseload end to end across litigation, mediation and other ADR methods. You'll assess claims early, handle cases in line with legal expenses and insurance requirements, and help drive a culture of efficient, customer focused case management.
We're looking for a motivated legal professional with experience in Contract Disputes, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to delivering high quality outcomes. You'll thrive under pressure, collaborate effectively, and demonstrate a clear understanding of the SRA Code of Conduct.
This hybrid role requires a minimum of two days per week in a Bristol office, just five minutes from Temple Meads. Full time is preferred, though part time will be considered.
In return, you'll enjoy generous benefits, flexible working, and the chance to grow within a supportive, modern, and people centred environment.
