We are delighted to be working with a national business, to recruit an Associate Solicitor to join a high performing Landlord & Tenant team within a Volume Litigation department. You'll manage your own caseload end to end, resolving a broad range of Landlord & Tenant disputes while delivering exceptional client service. With a strong pipeline of work, you'll negotiate claims efficiently, identify risks, and contribute to a culture of effective, high quality case handling.
In this fast paced and supportive environment, you'll take ownership of customer issues, meet SLA and KPI targets, and share best practice across the team. This role offers excellent exposure, professional development, and the opportunity to raise your profile within a growing and dynamic legal function.
We're looking for a motivated legal professional with solid Landlord & Tenant experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, resilient approach.
This hybrid role requires two days per week in the Bristol office, just a short walk from Temple Meads, with fully remote options considered for qualified solicitors, with solid Property Litigation experience.
