Residential Property Lawyer 3+ PQE - Bristol

A specialist conveyancing firm with a strong regional presence is looking for an experienced residential property lawyer to join its Bristol office. The firm has grown rapidly in recent years and is known for its modern approach, supportive culture and commitment to delivering a high quality service.

The Role
You'll handle a broad and interesting caseload within a firm that focuses exclusively on residential property work. With the support of an experienced team, you will manage:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • New build transactions
  • Remortgages
  • More complex residential matters
  • Supervision and mentoring of junior colleagues


The firm deals with everything from first time buyer homes to high value properties and central London apartments, giving you exposure to a wide range of transactions.

About You
We're looking for:

  • A Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ years' PQE
  • Strong experience running a full residential conveyancing caseload
  • A client focused approach and excellent communication skills
  • Confidence supervising junior team members
  • A positive, proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
