A fast growing and modern law firm with offices across the region is seeking a Newly Qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its expanding Bristol team. The Role
You will manage a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • New build transactions
  • Shared ownership matters
  • High net worth residential transactions
  • Title checks and reporting
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
  • Ensuring excellent client care throughout each transaction


Candidate Requirements

  • Essential
    • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 0-3 years PQE (or equivalent experience in residential property)
    • Experience handling residential conveyancing matters
    • Strong client care skills with a professional and personable approach
    • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
    • Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload
    • Comfortable using digital conveyancing tools and case management systems
    • A proactive, positive attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Desirable
    • Experience with new build and shared ownership transactions
    • Exposure to high value or high net worth conveyancing
    • Strong commercial awareness
    • Ambition to progress within a growing team
