Solicitor - Real Estate - Bristol - 2-4 Years PQE

Salary: £50,000 to £70,000 (depending on experience and location)

A national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor with approximately 2-4 years' post qualification experience to join its expanding Real Estate team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high profile development, investment, and natural capital projects within a collaborative, forward thinking environment.

The Role
You'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of real estate matters, including:

  • Residential led development projects
  • Strategic land development
  • Commercial development and regeneration
  • Investment and asset management work
  • Advisory work for owner/occupier clients
  • Natural capital projects (biodiversity net gain, water neutrality, nutrient neutrality)
  • Agricultural matters (contentious and non contentious)
  • Liaising with clients, agents, consultants, and other professionals
  • Contributing to a supportive and collaborative team culture


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

  • Around 2-4 years PQE in real estate, development, or commercial property
  • Strong technical and drafting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Confidence handling matters with appropriate autonomy
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • A proactive, organised, and motivated approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a national team
  • Interest in business development and practice growth
