Senior Associate / Partner - Banking & Finance - Bournemouth - 7+ Years PQE
Location: Bournemouth

Salary: £85,000 to £110,000 (depending on experience)

A leading regional law firm is seeking an experienced Banking & Finance Solicitor to join its specialist Banking & Finance team in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a senior role with immediate exposure to high quality work for major financial institutions, including well known national lenders.

The Role
You'll be responsible for advising on a wide range of banking and finance matters, including:

  • Acting for major financial institutions and commercial clients on complex transactions
  • Managing a varied caseload of banking and finance work from day one
  • Providing commercially focused, technically robust advice
  • Playing an active role in marketing and business development to support team growth
  • Building and maintaining strong professional relationships across the sector
  • Supporting and developing junior team members (particularly at Partner level)


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a Banking & Finance Solicitor who:

  • Has 7+ years' PQE gained at a city firm or leading regional practice
  • Possesses strong technical and procedural knowledge across banking and finance matters
  • Has an existing network of relationships and a strong reputation in the market
  • Demonstrates excellent organisational skills and a dynamic, proactive approach
  • Brings confidence in business development and client relationship management
  • Is ambitious, commercially minded, and ready to step into a senior leadership role
