Associate / Senior Associate - Commercial Litigation - Bournemouth - 4-7 Years PQE
Location: Bournemouth
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (hybrid working available)
Salary: £65,000 to £85,000 (depending on experience)
A well regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding Commercial Litigation team in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high value disputes within a supportive, forward thinking environment.
The Role
You'll be responsible for handling a broad range of contentious commercial matters, including:
- Advising on contract disputes, shareholder and partnership issues, professional negligence, and insolvency related claims
- Managing your own caseload while supporting partners on larger or more complex litigation
- Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and evidence for court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives
- Mentoring and supporting junior colleagues, particularly at Senior Associate level
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a Commercial Litigation Solicitor who:
- Is a qualified solicitor with 4-7 years' PQE in commercial litigation
- Possesses strong technical skills and commercial awareness
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Brings a proactive, solutions focused approach to problem solving
- Works effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
