Associate / Senior Associate - Corporate - Bournemouth - 4-6 Years PQE
Location: Bournemouth

Salary: £65,000 to £85,000 (depending on experience)

A well regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join its expanding Corporate Team in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high quality, complex transactions from day one, with exposure to a diverse client base including local businesses, regional enterprises, and national household brands.

The Role
You'll be responsible for managing a varied and high quality caseload of corporate matters, including:

  • Advising on mergers and acquisitions
  • Corporate restructuring
  • Joint ventures and shareholder agreements
  • Managing your own caseload while supporting senior colleagues on larger transactions
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Contributing to business development and marketing initiatives


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a Corporate Solicitor who:

  • Has 4-6 years' post qualification experience in corporate law
  • Possesses strong technical knowledge and a solid academic background
  • Demonstrates excellent client care and interpersonal skills
  • Brings strong business development capability and confidence in generating new work
  • Has an established network of referrers or the ability to bring clients (highly desirable)
  • Can work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team
