Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 (depending on experience)
A respected regional law firm is seeking a Solicitor with up to 2 years' post qualification experience to join its established Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence team in Salisbury. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied caseload while developing specialist expertise within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
You'll be responsible for assisting with and managing a mixed caseload of Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence matters, including:
- Running your own files with appropriate supervision
- Supporting senior solicitors and partners on complex, high value cases
- Maintaining regular client contact and ensuring files are progressed efficiently
- Contributing to team strategy, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor who:
- Has up to 2 years PQE in personal injury and/or clinical negligence
- Is keen to develop strong client facing skills
- Can manage files independently with suitable supervision
- Demonstrates excellent organisation, communication, and time management
- Works well as part of a collaborative, client focused team
