Solicitor / Associate - Commercial Litigation - Bournemouth - 2-4 Years PQE
Location: Bournemouth

Salary: £55,000 to £75,000 (depending on experience)
A respected regional law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 2-4 years' post qualification experience to join its well established and highly regarded Commercial Litigation team in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high value disputes within a collaborative, modern, and forward thinking environment.
The Role
You'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, including:
- Contractual disputes
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Insolvency related litigation
- Supporting partners on complex or high value matters
- Preparing pleadings, correspondence, and evidence for court and ADR
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
- 2-4 years PQE in commercial litigation
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence in managing your own caseload
- A proactive, commercially minded approach
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team
