Residential Conveyancer - Bristol

This highly regarded and top 100 law firm are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its established residential property team in Bristol. The role is offered on a full-time basis and would suit an Associate or Senior Associate-level lawyer looking to join a collaborative and supportive environment.

You will manage your own varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. The work will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, investor work, and referrals from the private client team. There is also scope to become involved in business development, particularly developing relationships with local estate agents and other referrers.

It is important that you are a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with solid experience in residential conveyancing. You will be confident handling files autonomously, supported by a paralegal and shared secretarial resource, and able to demonstrate strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
