Employment Lawyer - 1+ PQE - Cardiff
Join one of the UK's leading Employment teams, consistently ranked at the top of the market and advising clients across financial services, professional services, and beyond.
You'll work on a broad range of employment matters, with a particular focus on contentious work including:
- High-value breach of contract claims
- Injunctions (obtaining, resisting, enforcing)
- Team moves, restrictive covenants, and confidential information disputes
- Complex contracts and LLP arrangements
The team advises on everything from day-to-day HR queries and Employment Tribunal claims to High Court litigation, collective issues, transactional support, global mobility, and international employment projects. With specialists across all areas of employment law and a track record in precedent-setting cases, you'll gain exposure to high-quality, challenging work.
Requirements:
- 1+ years' PQE in employment law (High Court disputes/arbitration experience desirable)
- Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills
- Commercial, proactive mindset with attention to detail
- Interest in business development and client engagement
- Knowledge of financial services conduct/regulatory issues is a plus but not essential
