Tax & Trust Manager
Location: Cheltenham
Top 100 law firm are looking for a skilled Tax & Trust Manager to join a thriving Private Client team. This role offers a varied workload supporting high-net-worth individuals, family businesses, and estates.
What you'll do:
- Manage day-to-day trust administration, liaising with trustees, beneficiaries, and advisors
- Prepare annual trust accounts, tax returns, R185s, and inheritance tax returns
- Handle estate accounts and estate income tax reporting
- Manage TRS registrations and CGT returns on property sales
About you:
- Previous experience in trusts/tax, ideally within a law firm, accountancy practice, or trust company
- Knowledge of estates holding property, family company shares, or quoted investments is an advantage
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent client care
