The Role
- Advise on the full range of corporate matters: M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, equity capital markets, governance, and corporate reorganisations.
- Work with clients driving transformational change across sectors such as technology, media, energy transition, financial services, infrastructure, and the built environment.

- Collaborate with colleagues across the UK and internationally, gaining exposure to high-value, innovative mandates.
- Develop your sector interests, contribute to client relationship building, and grow your business development and networking skills.
About You
We're looking for an Associate with:
- Solid experience across a wide range of corporate transactions.
- Strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Confidence managing multiple matters and deadlines.
- A collaborative approach, self-motivation, and passion for delivering excellent client service.
Why Join
This is a fantastic opportunity to combine exposure to stimulating, complex corporate work with the benefits of living and working in the South West. You'll be part of a team that values openness, collaboration, and professional growth, while offering a competitive salary, benefits package, and involvement in wider initiatives such as diversity & inclusion, community projects, and responsible business programmes.
You'll also benefit from a structured career development programme designed to help you progress at every stage. Expect clear role expectations, early responsibility with direct client exposure, tailored technical training, regular feedback, and recognition based on your contribution and potential rather than PQE or tenure.
