Dispute Resolution Lawyer - Bournemouth
Associate / Senior Associate
A highly regarded Legal 500 ranked firm is seeking a Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join its established team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a broad range of civil and commercial disputes, with a particular emphasis on property and landlord & tenant matters.
You'll be advising both private individuals and businesses, helping clients avoid or resolve disputes efficiently and effectively. The team works closely with other specialist departments, giving you exposure to complex, multi disciplinary matters and the chance to broaden your expertise.
The work will include:
- Property and landlord & tenant disputes
- Commercial disputes and professional negligence claims
- Intellectual property and trademark matters
- Boundary disputes and contested wills/estates
- Urgent injunctions and protective measures
Candidate requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years' PQE
- Strong background in dispute resolution and civil litigation
- Experience of complex property disputes is highly advantageous
- Excellent drafting, research and client relationship skills
- Commercially aware, resilient and able to manage a varied caseload independently
- Team oriented, with the ability to support colleagues and contribute to business development
