Solicitor - Family Law - Wiltshire - 2-5 Years PQE
Location: Wiltshire (with hybrid working flexibility)

Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 (dependent on billing history)

A respected law firm in Wiltshire is seeking a Family Solicitor with 2-4 years' post-qualification experience to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a capable solicitor to manage a varied caseload with the support of experienced colleagues.

The Role
You'll be responsible for handling a range of family law matters, including:

  • Divorce and separation proceedings
  • Financial remedy cases
  • Child arrangements and parental responsibility matters
  • Liaising with clients, counsel, and other professionals
  • Supporting a collaborative and pragmatic team culture
  • Maintaining high standards of client care and compliance


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

  • 2-5 years PQE in family law
  • Confidence in managing cases with modest supervision
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills
  • A proactive and organised approach to work
  • High attention to detail and professional integrity
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with legal IT systems and Microsoft Office
