An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled residential property lawyer to join a market-leading and well-respected firm in Berkshire. This role is ideal for an experienced solicitor looking to further develop their career within a dynamic and supportive team environment.

The firm is seeking a technically strong and commercially aware lawyer with solid experience in residential property matters, gained within a reputable practice. You'll be joining a busy and high-performing team, contributing to complex and general residential transactions and delivering exceptional service to an established client base.

While leadership experience is beneficial, the focus of this role is on collaboration, mentoring junior colleagues, and supporting the team's continued growth. You'll also have the opportunity to engage in business development activities and strengthen relationships with existing referrers and contacts in the region.
