Residential Conveyancer - Bristol - 2+ Years PQE

A well-established law firm in Bristol is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its respected Residential Conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a quality-focused, collaborative environment with strong local connections and a reputation for outstanding client service.

The Role
You'll manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Transfers of equity and remortgages
  • Drafting and reviewing contract packages, title reports, and mortgage documentation
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders
  • Conducting exchanges and completions
  • Ensuring compliance with AML and regulatory standards
  • Participating in marketing and networking activities


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with:

  • 2+ years' experience in residential conveyancing
  • Strong technical and drafting skills
  • Excellent communication and client care abilities
  • Confidence in managing matters independently
  • Enthusiasm for business development and social media engagement
  • IT literacy and adaptability to new systems
  • Knowledge of the Bristol property market (preferred)
